  • An E-Rickshaw required for training and practical purpose
  • Internet/Wifi enabled computer Lab for E-Rickshaw & their pictures & Parts presentation etc.
  • Few important E-Rickshaw parts for demo and assembling
  • Theory duration : 18 Hrs (3 Hrs X 6 days)
  • Practical duration : 18 Hrs (3 Hrs X 6 days)
  • Entrepreneurship & Soft skills : 9 Hrs (3 Hrs X 3 day)
  • Total Course Duration : 45 Hrs / 15 day

 

Subject Competency: After completion of the training, participants would be ableto join to the concerns who deal with E-Rickshaw assembling and Maintenance.This is the most prominent industry for coming era. After declaration of Govt.licensing the future of green revolution has begun with a new pace. Theindustry is growing four folds every year. Presently there are around 80,000pcs of E-Rickshaws are running in entire West Bengal in Urban and Rural area.The demand will be enormous in this sector. The requirement of Service engineeris very very less as per market demand.

Preliminary lessons towards Confidence Building

Core Subject Coverage:

 

Basics of Electricals: This includes the basics of Electrical equipment suchas Design Issues, Motor System & Management Process, Parts ServiceManagement Process, Assembling lay out.

 

Service Delivery Process: Service delivery process is an integral part ofAssembling of Spare parts and their management which involves a number ofmanagement practices such as tools Level Management.

 

Service Support Process: Servicesupport is the framework that enables effective post sale Services. ServiceDelivery and Service Sup-port processes are linked together through the ServiceDesk which is a function that provides a single point of contact that focuseson rapid restoration of normal service operations to users.

 

Infirst 45 days a candidate from any back ground will go through strict systematicobservation and will be assessed thoroughly till he/she earns requiredconfidence level and understanding maturity to obtain the required eligibilityfor proceeding next semester. The above lessons will provide him/her thestrategic understanding ability to recognize the change within their innerside. Moral boost will be high enough to combat with so called competitors.

Integration ofSpare Parts: the integration of spare parts forassembling a complete vehicle in different level will teach. Recognition ofParts and their function will be taught.

 

Fittings &Standardization of Product: Thefittings, Mounting and measuring of a E-Rickshaw with handling of other toolsand equipment. Charting practices. Clipping, Fixing and rechecking

 

In second 45 days a candidate willexercise the above soft skill learning and will associates its grooming skillswith core subject learning. The handling of social media tools withresponsibility will be a prominent impact to observe.

 

Session-III:

Mandatory Foundation Course of SOFTSKILL

Interpersonal Communicationdevelopment

Ethical Approach Judgment andbehavioral Attitude Building 

 

Core SubjectCoverage:

 

CaseStudies: This topic includes some livecase studies from the industry on E-Rickshaw Management. Identifying thetroubles and understanding the nature of problems. Expert’s opinion on Troubleshooting and figuring out the fault zones.

 

Inthird and last 45 days a candidate will exercise the above soft skill learningand will associates its grooming skills with core subject learning. Thehandling of social media tools with responsibility will be a prominent impactto observe.


Session-IV: 

Mandatory Foundation Course of SOFT SKILL 

Legal & administrative view analysis in work place 

Learning Tools to equip with for combating work place harassment and credential mapping.


Core Subject Coverage:

Technical internship with a Manufacture/ Service Provider/ Assembler/ Dealer/ Distributor. On hand work experience and repairing of troubled vehicles.
