Role & responsibilities

 

  • Customer Acquisition:
  • Identify potential customers interested in home loans through multiple channels i.e. partners, developers, direct, marketing agents ICICI bank network, among others.
  • Generate leads through direct sales activities like field visits, cold calling, and networking events.
  • Loan Application Assistance:
  • Help customers in preparing and submitting the required documentation for home loan approval.
  • Coordinate with internal teams like credit and operations to ensure a smooth loan processing experience for the customer

Preferred candidate profile

 

Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree (Full time) pass-out- 2023 / 2024

Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within city and meet clients in the field.
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally

Perks and benefits

 

Fixed Pay: Non Metro cities – INR 2.4 LPA, Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore) – INR 2.8 LPA
