PV module technical support engineer
Job Description:
1. Accompany sales to conduct on-site inspections and technical support. Assist sales in bidding and answer customer requirements; PV module training, and support for marketing;
2. Technical review of bids and contracts, evaluation of deviations, and handling of problems during order execution;
3. Investigation and analysis of customer complaints, and internal communication and improvement of customer complaints;
4. Responsible for writing technical documents if necessary.
Qualifications:
1. Familiar with international trade, marketing, etc.
2. At least 3 years’ technical service experience in the photovoltaic industry;
3. Candidates familiar with solar cell, module processing technology and power station design, operation and maintenance are preferred;
4. Fluency in English is preferred.
5. Strong learn ability, customer orientation, result- driven and good at team work.
