We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in data scraping, lead generation, and email marketing tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing digital strategies that increase online visibility, drive lead generation, and optimize outreach using tools like Apollo, Lusha, and others. A strong foundation in SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and cold calling is essential for success in this role.
Role & responsibilities
- Lead generation and data scraping: Implement lead generation strategies by identifying and extracting relevant data from online sources using scraping techniques and specialized tools.
- Email marketing and tools: Use tools like Apollo, Lusha, and others to build accurate lead lists, automate outreach, and optimize email campaigns.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies: Create and implement strategies to increase traffic, leads, and engagement across digital platforms.
- SEO and SEM management: Optimize website content and manage paid search advertising to boost organic and paid search performance.
- Cold calling and outreach: Engage potential clients through cold calling and follow up on leads to convert them into prospects.
- Social media management: Oversee and manage social media channels, ensuring consistent engagement and performance analysis.
- Content strategy: Collaborate with content creators to ensure high-quality, targeted content is produced to support marketing objectives.
- Analytics and reporting: Monitor key performance indicators, using tools like Google Analytics, to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- PPC advertising: Create and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Stay updated with trends: Continuously research and stay informed about digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure competitive strategies.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to align digital marketing with business objectives.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation with expertise in data scraping and email tools like Apollo, Lusha, etc.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, and social media tools.
- Data scraping and lead generation: Strong knowledge of extracting data from websites, databases, and other digital sources, along with expertise in email prospecting tools.
- Email marketing: Ability to execute targeted email campaigns using tools like Apollo, Lusha, and other outreach automation platforms.
- SEO/SEM knowledge: Strong foundation in search engine optimization and search engine marketing strategies.
- Communication skills: Ability to create engaging content and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset: Proficiency in analyzing marketing data to measure campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Creativity: Ability to explore innovative digital marketing solutions and strategies.
- Team collaboration: Effective teamwork and communication with various departments.
Preferred Skills:
