Achieving exceeding Business goals and targets for Rural Two Wheeler and Consumer Durable loans
– Sales Force Management data management
– Regular Dealer visit and updating Daily Visit report
– Portfolio management – Maintaining healthy portfolio
– Ensure adherence to sales governance compliance processes
– Adherence to customer delivery queries within defined TAT
– Ensure implementation of promotional plans contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
– Resolves issues regarding customer documentations
– Plans for business expansion – identify and map new areas, including fraud likelihoods, deriving projections
– Sales and collect responsibility

a) Qualifications :
– Graduation
– Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability
